During your 60-minute initial consultation, we'll take a comprehensive look at your health history, current symptoms, and wellness concerns to better understand the factors that may be contributing to your discomfort. Using biofeedback testing, we'll identify areas of imbalance within the body, reintroduce supportive frequencies, and provide personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to help support your body's natural balance and overall well-being.

Your follow-up appointment is a 45-minute session where we assess how your body has responded since your last visit. Using biofeedback testing, we check for any remaining or new imbalances and continue supporting your body's natural balance by reintroducing frequencies as needed. Because the body can only process a limited amount at one time, each session is tailored to provide the support your body is ready to receive.

Metabolic Balance® is a fully customized 12-week nutrition and lifestyle program. Using your comprehensive bloodwork and health history, it creates a tailored plan designed to rebalance your metabolism, support hormone health, assist in weight loss, and bring your body back to healthy balance.
